In 2000, John Hindman founded Hindman Construction as a means to provide Bellingham residents with a higher standard in construction services. We strive to meet our customers’ needs while working to ensure that we offer a unique and fulfilling experience. This is accomplished by providing the following:

As the President and Owner of Hindman Construction, John leads with expertise in construction management, cost planning, programming and sequencing, project supervision as well as his “hands on” approach. His objective is clear; to complete every project on time, on budget, to the highest standard of quality, and with complete client satisfaction. His strong, long standing relationships are a testament to his commitment to customer excellence, and his clear ability to understand his clients’ needs.
After completing a MBA graduate degree at Willamette University in Oregon in 1999, he moved to Bellingham and formed Hindman Construction in 2000. He has Built Green experience and implements sustainable building practices in all aspects and phases of construction.
Having been raised on a farm in Pennsylvania, John discovered a passion for working with his hands and was determined to pursue his love of building. After 15 years in business, he still enjoys working with people to make building a good experience and turn their dreams into realities.
In his spare time, John enjoys being in the mountains and at the ocean; surfing, biking, snowboarding, hunting and fishing. He also treasures his time with his wife Meg.
As Project Manager, Jason is responsible for overseeing all construction operations and ensuring client success at every stage. He brings more than 18 years of experience in the construction field, ten of which he owned his own company. His extensive industry experience and deep understanding and skill base enables the delivery of seamless projects and exceptional results time and time again. Jason is committed to continuously motivating and educating his team, while leading by example.
